Permit Imprinting for Bulk Mailing

Chamber members can use the Chamber’s Permit Imprint (indicia) for bulk mailing purposes (200 piece minimum) and benefit from significant savings on postage for large mailings. Contact the Chamber office prior to printing your mail piece. We can help you through the process.

Please note: Members using this benefit are responsible for preparing their mailing. You must contact the Chamber office to acquire the required postage forms from our office.

Your printed piece must have the Chamber mail permit indicia printed directly on each piece of your mailing.  We will email a jpg file to your printer. The permit can also be printed on mailing labels and placed on your mail piece.  We also have a stamp with the indicia that can be used to imprint the permit on your mail piece.
