Intro to Energy Medicine at the Clifford Library

The Clifford Branch of the Lapeer District Library will host Intro to Energy Medicine with Barb Pachla on Thursday, March 12 at 4:30 p.m. Barb Pachla is a Reiki Master Teacher and a dedicated member of the team at the Meditation Self-Healing Center in Lapeer. In this informative program, she will introduce participants to energy medicine, a complementary health approach that focuses on balancing the body’s subtle energy fields, often called the biofield, to promote homeostasis, reduce stress, and support concerns such as chronic pain, anxiety, and fatigue. Techniques such as Reiki, acupuncture, and therapeutic touch will be discussed as ways to enhance overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
