To LLC or Not LLC: A Guide to Business Formation at the Lapeer Library
The Lapeer District Library’s deAngeli Branch will host To LLC or Not LLC: A Guide to Business Formation, an informative seminar designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and current business owners looking to better understand their business structure. The event will take place on Monday, May 11, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This engaging session will feature Michael Gilbert, Jr., Vice President and Branch Manager at PNC Bank, who will explore various business formations, including sole proprietorships, LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits. Attendees will learn the purpose and benefits of each structure, along with key insights into the risks of commingling personal and business finances.
