Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® encompass nine counties located throughout the “Thumb” Region of the state of Michigan. Our members are located in the following Michigan Counties: Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Oakland, and Macomb.
